Background:
St Pauls serves the parishes of South and East Leicester and the adjacent county areas. It was formed through the amalgamation of Evington Hall Convent School and Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Secondary Modern School in 1977 and has been on its present parkland site since 1985. The pastoral aim of the school is; 'To ensure that all the pupils experience living in a Christian, caring community, where the Catholic faith is alive and real.' for these reasons admission is first to Catholic families in the area, to the siblings of current pupils. The school is a regular cup-winner in both football and netball, and organises an annual overseas performing arts tour.
